Your comments on the moodboard are very good and show a reasonable level of detail. However, your comments on the three magazine covers are only at pass level because they are basically cut and pasted so they are the same for all three magazines. You need to re-do your target audience profile with a single picture of the typical audience member. Also, to get this work up to a merit you would need to add much more detail.
